In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "td99" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to td99.ws, the online casino and sports betting platform operating at the domain td99.ws and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "You" / "User" / "Player" / "Account Holder" — refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses any part of the td99 platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by the Player on td99, identified by a unique username and password, through which all platform services are accessed.
• "Balance" — refers to the total PKR funds held in a Player's td99 account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, bonus funds (where applicable and subject to wagering requirements), and confirmed winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional, welcome, reload, or other incentive-based credits granted to a Player's account by td99, subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Real Money Funds" — refers to PKR funds deposited directly by the Player using any accepted payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any real money or eligible bonus funds staked by a Player on any game, betting market, or other wagering product available on td99.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the td99 platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and age verification, required by td99 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a responsible gaming tool through which a Player voluntarily requests suspension of their td99 account for a defined or indefinite period.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the td99 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and td99.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the td99 platform and must not register an account or place any wager.

td99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always accessible at td99.ws/terms-conditions.

To register and maintain an active account on td99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. td99 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register an account, deposit funds, or place any wager on the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended td99 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be residing in or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

td99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and residential address at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

Each Player is solely responsible for the management and security of their td99 account. The following obligations and conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Login Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. td99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Account Accuracy: You must keep your registered account information accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your name, address, or contact details must be reported to td99 support as soon as they occur.
• Suspicious Activity: You must notify td99 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your td99 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (subject to completed KYC verification) will be returned via your last verified withdrawal method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. td99 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulatory standards. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

All financial transactions on td99 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

• Accepted Payment Methods: td99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Cryptocurrency. Available methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. td99 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to account holders who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed via a payment method previously used for deposit on the same account wherever possible.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Standard PKR withdrawal requests via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC clearance. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 3 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 24 hours subject to network conditions.
• Withdrawal Verification: td99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. During this process, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Currency: All balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in PKR. td99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and will not be responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred by Players who fund accounts from non-PKR sources.

td99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Game contribution percentages are listed in the promotion terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a defined validity period during which the wagering requirement must be met. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active and subject to wagering requirements, a maximum bet per spin or round restriction applies. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One Bonus Per Account: Only one bonus may be claimed per registered account, per promotion period, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Duplicate accounts used to claim multiple bonuses will be permanently banned.
• td99 Discretion: td99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. td99 also reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus payments where abuse, fraud, or exploitation of promotional terms is identified.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the td99 platform across all product verticals, including cricket betting, PSL markets, live dealer casino, slot games, virtual casino, and wheel games:

• Bet Confirmation: A wager is not confirmed until it has been accepted and a confirmation reference has been generated by the td99 system. Bets displayed as "pending" or "processing" are not confirmed and may be declined.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may vary by game type, market, and account status.
• System Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or data feed failure that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or displayed balances, td99 reserves the right to void all affected bets and restore balances to their pre-error state. td99 is not liable for paying out on bets won as a result of a technical malfunction.
• Obvious Errors: Bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to human error, data entry error, or pricing feed failure (commonly referred to as "palpable errors") will be voided by td99 at its sole discretion, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.
• Cricket & PSL Specific Rules: For PSL and international cricket markets, all settlement rules — including abandoned match procedures, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes, and ball-by-ball in-play market rules — are governed by td99's Cricket Betting Rules, which are published separately in the Help section of the platform.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted at td99's discretion. td99 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted after an event has concluded due to a data delay will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the td99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one td99 account.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using a false identity, another person's identity, or misrepresenting your age, nationality, or residential address.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker-format games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-Fixing & Insider Information: Placing bets based on knowledge of pre-arranged outcomes, or information not in the public domain that materially affects the likely outcome of a sporting event.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software designed to place bets, exploit bonus terms, or interact with the td99 platform without direct human input.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks against td99 deposits via your payment provider. Any chargeback investigation will result in immediate account suspension pending resolution.
• Money Laundering: Using td99 as a vehicle to launder funds obtained through illegal activity. All suspicious activity is reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities in accordance with td99's AML obligations.
• Hacking and System Exploitation: Attempting to access, interfere with, or exploit td99's backend systems, databases, APIs, or game RNG mechanisms.

td99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming provisions are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions and are enforceable as such:

• Age Verification (21+): No person under the age of 21 may register or use a td99 account. KYC verification is mandatory prior to first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from the account responsible gaming panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day review period.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension (cooling-off) for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. The account cannot be reactivated before the selected period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from td99 may do so by submitting a self-exclusion request via the responsible gaming panel or by contacting the td99 support team directly. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and td99 will cease all direct marketing to the excluded player.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying their net gaming session result and time elapsed. These reminders are designed to support informed decision-making during gameplay.

All content on the td99 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, user interface designs, written content, promotional materials, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of td99 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the td99 platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any td99 content without prior written authorisation from td99.
• The td99 name, logo, and brand marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of td99 trademarks in any context — including social media, advertising, or any third-party platform — is strictly prohibited.
• Third-party game providers whose titles appear on td99 retain all intellectual property rights to their respective games. td99 operates under licence agreements with all third-party game providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, td99's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• td99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any intangible losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the td99 platform.
• td99 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability.
• td99 is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including but not limited to odds, game statistics, or promotional terms, where such information contains typographical or data errors.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or restrict td99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

td99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform functionality, payment methods, game offerings, or business practices.

When material changes are made to these Terms and Conditions, td99 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the platform and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with the account.

The date at which these Terms and Conditions were last revised is displayed at the top of the table of contents. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and the applicable laws governing the jurisdiction under which td99 holds its operating licence.

• Dispute Notification: In the event of a dispute relating to a bet settlement, account balance, bonus calculation, or any other platform matter, Players must submit a formal dispute notification to td99 support within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be considered.
• Internal Resolution: td99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes internally within 14 business days of receipt of a formal dispute notification. Players will be kept informed of the status of their dispute throughout this process.
• Escalation: If a Player is not satisfied with the outcome of td99's internal dispute resolution process, they may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing or alternative dispute resolution body identified in td99's licensing documentation.
• Language: All formal dispute communications must be submitted in English. td99 support is also available in Urdu for informal queries, but formal dispute records are maintained in English.
